The Noblesville Housing Authority (NHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The NHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 31, 2022, until September 9, 2022.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Live or work in Hamilton County (1000 points)
• Elderly (200 points)
• Disabled (200 points)
• Veterans (50 points)
• Live or work in the surrounding Indiana counties of Boone, Clinton, Hancock, Madison, Marion, or Tipton County (400 points)

200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
